Oregon!

Me and Addie got a brake from my dad( thank god ... just joking) because we went to Aunt Amy’s Sister’s house, and her two kids, Beck and Anja. it was fun to be around other kids.  We played corn hole and Beck and I crushed the girls at it. When we went to take a swim it was fun we all played a little rough and got slammed in to each other. Before we left to go home Addie lost her bracelet and luckily Anja found it. we went to the reptile rehabilitation and that was fun to see different types of birds and I go to see the with the biggest wing span. The next day we had a picnic diner with my uncle Scott, John and aunt Amy and granny. I tried to take a little swim in the cold water. We had fun playing games and I tried to play football with my dad and uncle John and we wanted to take a picture so  my dad had the idea to have a human pyramid that was fun,(my back hurt after that lol). At the end we played a little family frisbee and are high score for catch and release is 15.  I am ok to leave Boise it was a cool place and I get to go back to see my uncle and aunt but besides that I am excited to be in Oregon we got to the house we are staying at and it is a nice little house. -Harry

Just to explain the pics; this is our picnic spot along the river where Wallace Stegner’s ‘Angle of Repose’ was written, and some birds fro our visit to the raptor rehabilitation center.

  1. Oregon! You made it!! Great photos, you’ve seen some beautiful places. I’m sure you have many more photos and I look forward to seeing them. How many miles have you guys logged so far?

Dale thinks there is a famous donut shop in Oregon. He thinks you should find it. It might be in Portland.......

  2. Ah! Oregon! Your Boise trip sounded fantastic - the reptile rehabilitation center sounds fascinating. I am wondering what the bird with the biggest wing span was...

I hope it's not too hot in Oregon now; can't wait to see pics of the little house you are staying in. I really don't have to say this, but hope you all get a chance to visit Powell's :)

  3. I think those cage bars are too wide for that raptor. You guys are lucky you still have all your eyeballs. Also, hugs from Kosovo!

  4. Hope you enjoyed that IPA Harry!? I have bad/boring memories of trying to get through Angle of Repose in high school. The scenery and human pyramid are fantastic though!
